Intended for educators, this Transforming Discipline series contains 6 short videos to introduce the concept of the Collaborative & Proactive Solutions model (CPS) as it is used in real elementary school settings to solve problems and resolve behavioral concerns.

These instructional videos are designed with busy education professionals in mind and are intended to provide inspiration as well as demonstration of how the Collaborative & Proactive Solutions model (CPS) works to achieve the following objectives:
>Reduce or eliminate recurring problem behaviors
>Improve relationships (affinity) between adults and students
>Improve student attitudes toward adults
>Help adults interact with students in ways that build and develop students' executive skills, language skills, emotion regulation skills and cognitive flexibility

The videos can be watched by individuals or groups, or projected for all staff to view at once, and can be used to stimulate discussion and deepen understanding of how the Collaborative & Proactive Solutions model (CPS) works in an elementary school setting.
